...sitting next to thankfully happy baby who either has the worst allergies or a case of double pink eye. We'll know in a few hours.
...in the process of drafting up five posts or so simultaneously, but decided to do this one instead because I might actually get around to publishing it today.
...getting more requests for sugar. Between the husband's birthday on Saturday and Mother's Day yesterday, we had plenty of donuts, cupcakes, and ice cream to make Ashlynn remember that sweets do exist and broccoli is bad, bad, bad.
...holding on to the memory of Ashlynn saying "Happy Birthday, Daddy" unprompted after we tucked her in and were walking out of her room on Saturday night. Definitely a moment I felt imprinted on both our hearts forever.
Too sweet! Good luck this week being a single mama. Those ladies are pretty amazing I don't know how they do it!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet! Good luck this week, I know you will rock it!!! XO
ReplyDeleteSo so sweet!! I love these babes!! And since when did kenley get so old?! I'm loving that first picture!!
ReplyDeleteThat is so sweet (about Happy Birthday to daddy!) and that photo at the zoo! I feel like you too. I do basically wake-up to bath time all by myself most days, but it's still hard when the hubs is gone. Hope it's not pink eye!

ReplyDeleteOh, your littles are so precious and just melt my heart. I hate it when Ryan has to travel too - being on your own is tough and I can't imagine doing it with two. I'm considering a full moratorium on all husband travel for at least 3 years. :)
ReplyDeleteIt goes soooo fast the second time around, insane.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ReplyDeleteLuckily, he doesn't travel often so I can't complain. When we started dating he traveld almost 75%, it was awful and we weren't even married or had kids.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ashley!
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's really not all that different, but it's nice to talk to someone who uses full sentences and can help with the dishes in the sink :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Laura!
ReplyDeleteThey are SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
