[Wednesday's Weekly Check-In] Week 47

Health:
A little runny nose, but otherwise doing great.  Diaper rash came back, worse than it has been.  Trying to figure out if its my diet or not.

Sleep:
Ah-mazing.  Slept through the night maybe 3x the past week, and the nights she did wake she either just wanted her pacifier or fussed until I went in, held her for a minute, put her down with her bink and blank and back to sleep she went.  Which means, the night feeding has been broken!

Naps are finally back on track.  She still plays and stands for five to fifteen minutes, then sits down and falls asleep in her own lap.  I'm in shock she's napped the last two days during the wood floor installation.

Clothes:
Still 6-12.  They are fitting her more snug, not tight, but like they are supposed to.  Makes me think she's pushing 28".

Social:
Big events included seeing Peter Rabbit, then having lunch with my old roommate, then napping for ten minutes, arriving home and not going back to sleep, visiting with Mom-Mom, and then heading over to our old neighbor's engagement party.  It started at 6 and we were just going to stop by, again, she fell asleep on the ten minute drive over.  Woke up and about 30 minutes later had enough.  I left and she cried the entire way home.  Torture.

Other than that, we've been trying to get out about once a day to break up the time spent playing in the bedroom.

Diet:
Not much new this week, with fridge in our living room and stove in our dining room, she's been getting easy thing... Baby food, blueberries, kiwi, things out of my soup, and puffs.

Gear:
She's really drinking from a straw like a champ.... even if she doesn't pick up the cup.

And has really shown extra clingyness to her blankie.  She clutches it in the morning when I get her and holds it during her feedings.  She also has crawled to the wall, cruised over the crib, reached in and pulled it out... and with her bink.

Crying:
See social... oy.

Milestones:
Standing solo.

She's not a pro quite yet, but she can stand by herself not holding on for long enough stretches for me to snap pics.  Maybe 30 seconds or so at a time.  I have feeling within a few weeks she'll be even sturdier and maybe testing out a step or two!
