[Inspired By] Hermes Enamel Bangle

This post would usually run as a [Real Deal and Awesome Steal], but being that the 'look for less' option really isn't a steal, I figured it was more inspired.

A few months back, I swooned over my friend's white enamel Hermes bracelet.  It's so simple and bright and just adds the right amount of something unique when mixed with other arm candy bracelets (friendship bracelets, fine jewelry, cuffs, you name it)....

Of course, instead of asking (how rude!) I ran home to look it up to see how much it cost and if I could ever rationalize getting one for myself (I'm a cheapskate when it comes to accessories)...

Yeah, if I'm dropping that many bills, you bet it'd be on a handbag or new snazzy dslr camera!

I recently came across this Marc by Marc Jacobs Turnlock Bangle, while it's much cheaper, $100 beans for ONE bangle still seems high in book, but it's definitely a step in the right direction!

Happy Shopping! Happy Friday!

  1. That's interesting - I was thinking the same thing when I saw them at Nordstrom! I ending up buying all 3 colors last weekend because I love how they look like the Hermes bracelets!

  2. I have a Hermes black with Palladium bracelet that I adore and wear it almost everyday. Imagine my surprise when vacationing in Chicago my wonderful husband encouraged me to "go ahead and get it"! So its very special to me and I love it! But I love the comparable one you found too!. Henri Bendel has some cute ones for around $50-80 too.

  3. That's such a cute bracelet and it's a great alternative to the Hermes one. Love it!

  4. Thank you for the alternative, it's really cute!
